【線上購物流程】

  1. 歡迎您先 加入會員，不定期發送優惠券
  2. 將商品加入購物車
  3. 選擇出貨方式
  4. 填寫收件資料
  5. 選擇收件方式
  6. 若您需要統一編號，請於「訂單備註」中留下您的統一編號與抬頭
  7. 填寫帳單地址
  8. 選擇結帳付款方式
  9. 點選「立即下單」
  10. 進行付款
  11. 完成訂購

當您的訂單送出後，系統將立即連線至 PAYUNi 進行付款。系統將寄送訂單通知信；付款成功後，您會收到付款成功通知信。

【付款方式】

  • 信用卡：VISA / MASTER / JCB / 銀聯 (UnionPay)

【寄送方式與運費計算】

  • 台灣本島：單筆運費 $200，滿 $2,000 免運費
  • 台灣離島：單筆運費 $300，滿 $2,000 免運費
  • 超商取貨：單筆運費 $100，滿 $1,000 免運
  • 海外地區：預設順豐，請先下單，我們將更新正確運費後再通知付款

超商取貨有材積限制，超出將聯繫更改配送方式。

【出貨作業時間】

  • 現貨：7 個工作天內出貨
  • B2B 客製：交期約 60 個工作天，依實際確認進度

出貨後將寄發含包裹追蹤號碼的 Email 通知。

【退換貨說明】

請使用客服信箱: wiserubber.mkt@gmail.com 聯繫。

  • 7 天鑑賞期（非試用），逾期不受理
  • 基於衛生考量，拆封後不接受退貨
  • 退貨需保持全新完整，含贈品
  • 瑕疵或短缺請 3 天內提供照片
  • 境外配送不提供退換貨
  • 請保留貨運單據至完成退換貨
  • 僅開放線上申請全額退貨
  • 退貨運費由買家負擔，若寄錯由本公司承擔

Online Shopping Process

  2. Add products to your shopping cart
  3. Select delivery method
  4. Fill in delivery information
  5. Choose receiving method
  6. If invoice needed, leave VAT number and title in "Order Remarks"
  7. Fill in billing address
  8. Select payment method
  9. Click “立即下單” (Place Order)
  10. Proceed with payment
  11. Complete your order

After submitting your order, the system connects to PAYUNi. You will receive an order notification email and a payment confirmation after success.

Payment Methods

  • Credit Cards: VISA / MASTER / JCB / UnionPay

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Taiwan: NT$200/order; Free over NT$2,000
  • Taiwan Outlying Islands: NT$300/order; Free over NT$2,000
  • Convenience Store Pickup: NT$100/order; Free over NT$1,000
  • International Shipping: Default via SF Express; place order first, we’ll update the correct fee before payment

Convenience store pickups have limits; we may contact you to change the method.

Shipping Time

  • In-stock items: ship within 7 working days
  • B2B custom orders: approx. 60 working days

Shipping notification with tracking number will be emailed.

Returns and Exchanges

  • 7-day appreciation period (not trial); no return after that
  • Opened items cannot be returned
  • Items must be new, complete, and include free gifts
  • Report defects within 3 days with photos
  • No international returns or exchanges
  • Keep shipping docs until completion
  • Only full online returns allowed
  • Return shipping paid by buyer; company covers errors
